Qian Lab is 1-year old!

The Qian Lab is officially one year old! To celebrate this milestone, we gathered at my home for a potluck dinner, with plenty of delicious food, great conversations, and even a special appearance by my parents!

Apparently, the lab is full of people with golden hands, talented in both wet bench work and cooking!

It has been an exciting first year of building the lab, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful people who have made it possible. Looking forward to many more years of science, discoveries, and good times together!

Happy first birthday, Qian Lab! 🎂
